CARBON STEEL WE OFFER
We offer a wide range of Carbon Steels which are suitable for various fields like Building and Construction, Industrial Components, Railways, Structural Materials, Cutting Tools and many more. With every grade's page we have provided a datasheet for your persual. Depending on the carbon content, the ductility and strength of the material changes which gives the alloy a flexibility of different applications.
The steel is commonly alloyed with elements like Manganese (Mn), Molybdenum (Mb) and, very low amount of Chromium (Cr) and Nickel (Ni) in some alloys. These elements gives the alloy improved control on ductility, tensile strength, creep resistance, workability, machinability, temper hardening strength, and forming enhancements. The alloys usually tend to be of high strength and offer good formability. Carbon Steel are more Cost Effective than Stainless Steels.
These alloys will rust without a proper finishing and surface protection. Find the list of Carbon Steel Grades Raykam Alloys offer below.
