TOOL STEEL MANUFACTURERS AND SUPPLIERS
At Raykam Alloys, we manufacture and supply an extensive range of high-performance tool steels engineered for demanding industrial applications. Our tool steel products are precision-crafted to deliver exceptional wear resistance, dimensional stability, and superior mechanical properties essential for tooling and die-making applications.
We produce tool steel in various forms including bars, plates, sheets, and custom-machined components. Our manufacturing facilities maintain stringent quality controls throughout the production process, ensuring consistent material properties and microstructure. Each batch undergoes comprehensive testing to verify hardness, toughness, and wear resistance characteristics.
TOOL STEEL GRADES WE OFFER
We offer a wide range of Tool Steel grades that are particularly well-suited to be made into tools and tooling, including cutting tools, dies, hand tools, knives, and many more. With every grade's page we have provided a datasheet for your persual. The alloy is Iron (Fe), Chromium (Cr), Molybdenum (Mo) and Carbon (C) based, which contains additonal elements like Vanadium (V) and Manganese (Mn) to enhance desired properties. It generally has distinctive hardness, resistance to abrasion and deformation, and their ability to hold a cutting edge at elevated temperatures.
There are six groups of tool steels: water-hardening, cold-work, shock-resistant, high-speed, hot-work, and special purpose. The choice of group to select depends on cost, working temperature, required surface hardness, strength, shock resistance, and toughness requirements. The more severe the service condition (higher temperature, abrasiveness, corrosiveness, loading), the higher the alloy content and consequent amount of carbides required for the tool steel.
The alloys are usually cost effective in terms of toughness compared to Nickel Alloys. Find the list of Tool Steel Grades Raykam Alloys offer below.
